Cool, I would have never heard of it if not for here. Might have to send in an order in couple days time. Basically was the last thing I was looking for home gym was something that was good for the abs.

Well, I just started college and I was in the AF ROTC... I had a hard time getting used to the procedures of things. The actual physical stuff I had no problem with. Its all the formalities that I kept messing up. I found that to be more stressful than anything. And the fact I would have had to lead others... wasn't setting well with me. That and it was hurting my studies so I had to drop it.

hahaha smart coach alright too funny

I remember when I started out, I could barely do 30 total in 1 night, so 9months later 5x100 was a vast improvement.

Easiest way to run is to do it while you watch something on TV. Tune in for a half hour or hour, however long the show is and just run on whatever running device you have. That is what I tend to do and has worked wonders for my cardio. I usually tune in for a show a day so I am getting my cardio every day which is good.

haha i used to do up to about 500pushups/situps/etc.. a set.. (usually only 2) for most of my free cardio workout.. that was before i got sick and was in the hospital for 3 weeks, i lost alot of strength and weight.. but now that i have machine's and weights, im working my way back up the ladder. Im right now at 40lbs dumbells and still pressin 180lbs, and leg pressin 300-400lbs.. atleast, without hurting myself. Im always do 10reps with 10sec breaks and sets of 5. It's a MASSIVE workout. I used to do 12reps with 20 sec breaks and sets of 3. the other sets is much harder and it works.

I don't bother doing the running cause im just lazy to run.. and ill die running that far.. im not as good as i used to be. I used to be able to run atleast a 1 1/2 mile within a time limit i can't remember (back in high school)

my battle (excuse me for the language barrier with me and trev) my battle = the man who is there by my side, to correct, fix, improve, or sacrifice for me on duty and most of off-duty. could pull out 300 push ups without stopping. this was on command, piss him off, im sure it was abit higher. (that means, no resting, no moving your hands, constant rythem. we had audible counts, it beeped for you to go up, and then down. he was a machine. weighed 230 lbs)

now that i have a weak collar bone, i have to make it build up stronger than a reg collar bone. then most of you will probably never see me again unless i do something stupid again.

I have always wondered if it was better to lift more and do less reps or lift less and do more reps. Which is the better way to go?

Yeah, fuck running. I did enough of that shit when I played basketball and ran track in high school. I just need to be able to take 3 quick steps now, fuck running miles and shit...lol. Damn wind sprints in basketball practice used to be killer.

lift more, less reps = muscle mass

lift less, more reps = muscle tone (making the muscle definition show)

none of this has much effect if you dont eat right.

i personally like my 1000 mgs of test enanthate a week for 10 weeks beginning the first 5 weeks with 50mgs of A a day...along with some good trenbolone...cant forget the arimidex of course to combat the side effects of the enanthate...and finish with some clomid for post cycle recovery..

and eat like a fucking horse, 2 grams of protien per pound of body weight every single day along with a gallon of water every day...not going to go into the details of the training, dont feel like having my fingers cramping...

but the above all seems to work good for me when im 100% motivated...havent been that motivated 100% in a while though which is sad, hopefully by march i'll be back in that routine...its a beautiful feeling...plus the sex drive is indescribable...if the 1st paragraph doesnt make any sense to you then you're better off not knowing...ignore it...if it does make sense then you know what im talking about...fucking kicks ass...

just sayin
