"lift more, less reps = muscle mass lift less, more reps = muscle tone (making the muscle definition show) none of this has much effect if you dont eat right. " Not to the exactly depends on which part your working out. It can balance itself out. Im no expert like Jerome over here, but I know enough to do what i need to do for MY body. I usually do a light weight with more reps at the start for stretching so i dont tear any muscles.. (dont ever go right into HEAVY weights cause you could tear something) then i go to heavy to light weights. then i move on to the next portion of a work out that builts on that same muscle. I usually do arms, shoulders and chest and maybe legs or back in one hour workout. another day i'd do legs, stomach and back and maybe throw in an arm work out or shoulder workout. I always throw insomething im not suppost to work out just for an all-around balance. It's been working for me so far, ive gained about 13.5lbs and lost 6% body fat and built up 15inches all around muscle wise in about a month. It always mandatory to EAT the proper foods and such. every 2-3 hours, lots of protein too. Im on the "diet" as i call it, have 3 meals a day, but throw in 3 mid-snacks inbetween and a protein shake in the morning and before bed. I was about 115-120lbs when i started. Now in 2 months time, im about 145-148lbs. |

naw thats only for cutting, and u wouldnt want to do it with the test and anadrol since they are used for bulking...u would want to combine that with winstrol 50 mgs a day or every other day...and def watch your diet...the clen raises your core body temperature causing you to sweat more than normal...you would want to make sure you have a physical and ensure you are completely healthy before you start a cycle of clen

i do it once a year, or maybe once every 2 years....i see my doctor before, during and after each cycle, i have my blood work and liver work tested, my doc knows everything and monitors me the entire time...im not a careless person, ive done personal training and research way too long to put myself or my body in danger...
some people spend their years smoking packs of cigs a day, drinking night after night, smoking god knows what else, and filling their bodies with the most disgusting fattening artery clogging foods...obesity is the number 1 killer in this country...me i like to give myself a little boost in the gym during the spring when im already working out anyway...and improve my looks, compared to the shit that people are already putting in their bodies what i choose to put in mine is hardly comparable Quote:
like i said, this isnt something i go around doing a lot...a lot of yall have seen my pics, im not some 275 pound meat head...im an average size dude...my intake is minimal and only a brief time but fun as hell just sayin

however i have put together a lot of programs for competitive bodybuilders at the gyms ive worked at....ive been studying performance enhancing supplements for about 10 years and have yet to find anyone who has anywhere close to the knowledge about them that i do....
although i have only used them on rare occasions ive designed both offseason and onseason and precontest supplement and substance intake for various competitors as a trainer for bally total fitness and la fitness of which ive worked at both....when bodybuilders would be getting ready for shows there were 3 of us at ballys who would get together and put together the programs...one person would do the diet, one would do the training and i would do the supplements and we had a lot of success.... i could help bulk these guys up and then shred them to the bone, theyd look good as fuck when the 3 of us were done with them

Aries, I'm just messing with ya man. I'm glad you're responsible about it, because I see first hand what abuse of it does to you, as I'm sure you have. It's something that's been presented to me a few times, but I've never went there, mostly because I'm straight edge, secondly, because I'd forget to work out and just get fat...lol.

I usually go 3-4x a week and walk for 30-45 minutes a few times a week too. Plus my new job has me walking ALL over the place all day - the office is like gigantic. I should buy rollerskates for it!
