I do MMA Training 3 times a week and when i can goto the gym twice a week. At the moment my Cardio isnt what i need it to be for MMA so im trying to work on that. Trying to perfect my Stretching for my Rubber guard and keep learning and learning brazilian jitsu. I tell you what though....theres nothing better than 5-6mins in an ice bath to recover your muscles you just need the mental ability to stay in the bath and control you breathing lol...im sure Jerome will agree with me lol.

I need help to be able to use a treadmill/cardio machine with out getting bored of it. I've tried using a ipod but it just gets in the way, and the TV's a the YMCA i go to are too far away from the row of treadmills that are there. can someone give me some ideas on how to get back into the habit and liking Cardio machines again?

So I've actually cut about 20 lbs in the last couple months, and the odd thing is, it was after I stopped working out as much. I'm more or less getting my workout AT work...lol. I went to the doctor yesterday to have my back looked at, and weighed in at 227. I still want to get down to about 210. My cardio in the ring has improved greatly, even though the new building we moved to is hot as fuck, and drains me quickly.

Right now I work out three days a week because I'm the nurti system diet which give you almost 0 engery
but I like to work out 6 days a week. Running 4 days a week and lifting weight 3 days a week. I'm planning on taking fighting lessons as well in august when I'm off the diet. The only reason I work out is that I will be joining the USMC next summer and I need to get in shape.
